 Blue Ridge Christian Academy believes there is more to being a good teacher than just credentials. Our teachers undergo a thorough interview process in order for us to gain understanding of their passions, abilities, and call to teaching. Our teachers are passionate not only about teaching, but also about their students. We encourage teachers, students and parents to develop strong, positive relationships with one another by being transparent, being humble, and being willing to be held accountable.

Our exceptional staff is committed to teach creatively and to pray for their students. Thirty-two percent of our staff has advanced degrees. Our full-time teachers have an average of 10 years of teaching experience. All full-time teachers are state and / or ACSI certified or in process of certification.
