Soccer Places 3rd in the BRCC Tournament

BRCA's Warriors finished third in the recent BRCC Soccer Tournament.  After a disappointing loss to North Asheville Christian on the opening night of the tournament, the Warriors rebounded with a 9-0 win over Haywood Christian.  Two of BRCA's players, Mason and Zach Bird, were placed on the BRCC All Conference Team.  BRCA's coach, Rick Heavner, was awarded the BRCC Coach of the Year.  Zach Bird was unanimously nominated by the Athletic Directors within the BRCC as the Player of the Year.  This honor is awarded to the player that shows the most leadership, sportsmanship, athletic ability, and Christian attitude during the season.
